Terms of Service.

Terms for using the SynchroX website and interactive demonstration. Effective October 30, 2026.

Scope of these terms.

These terms apply to the public SynchroX website, its downloadable materials, the product guide, and the interactive demo. Use these features only if you agree to these terms. A real-world pilot, integration, or paid service would require a separate agreement defining its scope and responsibilities.

The demonstration.

The demo uses fictional robot records and simulated experiments. It does not connect to, monitor, or control physical systems. Its outputs are for exploring the record workflow and must not be relied on for clinical decisions, robot operation, or authorization of physical work.

Responsible use.

  • Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.
  • Do not attempt to access another person’s submissions or private workspace.
  • Do not submit malware, abusive content, credentials, or information you lack permission to share.
  • Do not interfere with the website, evade its request limits, or misrepresent your identity.

Accounts and submissions.

The public demo requires no login. The private workspace supports Google, GitHub, Discord and username/password sign-in. You are responsible for using your account appropriately and for the information you submit. Contact forms are for inquiries, not medical advice or emergency response. Submission does not guarantee a reply time, partnership, pilot placement, or product availability.

Content and intellectual property.

SynchroX branding and original website materials remain with their respective rights holders. You may download the provided product guides and sample data for evaluation and discussion of SynchroX. Third-party software and fonts retain their own licenses. Do not represent the demo or materials as evidence of a live deployment or an endorsement by another company.

Availability and limitations.

The website and demonstration may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. They are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or suitability for clinical use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and preferences.

The Privacy notice explains how submissions and demo data are handled. Cookie settings control optional browser storage. Cookie choices are separate from agreement to these terms; accepting optional storage is not required to use the website.

Changes and contact.

Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Review the current terms when using the site. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact form. Operator contact email and business address details will be added when available.
